EBay is well known for its phenomenon success on becoming the fastest growing company in the world. EBay brings bidders to bid on almost anything you can imagine. You sell an item and make a profit from it is not the only way to make money on eBay as many made the assumption that that’s the only way, though the most popular way to make money on eBay another method to make money is helping others sell. Of course there is the franchise where people take an item they wish to sell and the person who runs the store sell the item and makes profit off the item.

Another method to make money on eBay is to become a certified Education Specialists and teach others how to buy and sell on eBay. This is very convenient for those who like to spend time with others, other than just simply doing the same routine of listing the selling items and shipping them.

There are many other methods to make money on eBay, though the most popular way to make money on eBay is to make an account with eBay and start listing you items you want to sell and make a profit. For many, selling on eBay has been very fortunate; studies show that average person who sells on eBay makes approximately $10,000 a month!

Turn Junk Into Cash With Online Auctions

Everyone has their own opinions about selling their stuff online through auction sites like eBay. And I don’t claim to know everything there is to know about selling on eBay or other online auction websites. However, based on personal experience, research and all the information that I have gathered throughout my career as an online marketer, I can tell you one thing – you can make a lot of money selling through online auctions.

The thing with selling via online auctions websites like eBay is, there are no secrets. Absolutely nothing like what many ‘online marketing experts’ will tell you….as in ‘7 insider secrets of selling through eBay’ and the likes. You have to do some experimenting and tracking in the beginning. And oh, don’t expect an instant success. As with any other types of online businesses, it takes persistence and patience.

When I first started selling my things on eBay, the first problem I bumped into was the problem with tracking. What did I sell and who bought it? And goodness, how much was I going to sell it for?

eBay Question - Should I Accept Personal Checks?

I am new to selling on eBay and I wanted to know if I should accept personal checks as payment for my auctions? What do you think?

A: The danger in accepting personal checks comes from having the check bounce after you have mailed out the item.

The best way to get around this problem is to clearly state in your item description that you will not ship the item until the check clears, usually 7-10 days. This works well for most sellers.
