eBay is worldwide, check out these international eBay sites:

Follow the 3 simple steps below and join the fun and exciting world of eBay.

Click here to open the eBay registration page. Fill in the required information and click “Continue”. You will need to enter an email address that you can check immediately, because eBay will send you an email that contains instructions on how to complete the registration. You won't be able to finish registering unless you have this email.

Next check your email for the eBay conformation email. Open it and click on the link inside to complete the registration process.

Now you can sign in to your eBay account using your username and password.

TIP: You may want to sign in and change your eBay notification preferences, this way you can prevent eBay from calling you by phone for telemarketing purposes. To do this go to: My eBay. Once there, click the button that says Preferences and find the link labeled "Change my notification preferences".

Run A Search
Try a search to familiarize yourself with eBay and to make sure everything is working properly. Search for something you need or want, chances are good that eBay not only has it, but you will probably find it for a great price. Simply type what your looking for into the search box below and then click search.

Place Your First Bid
During the First Month of your registration a small sunglasses icon will be placed beside your profile ("shade status"), indicating you are a new user. This may make some Sellers cautious when selling to you. The sooner you start placing bids the sooner you can start building your ebay membership rating. Place your first Bid Today...even if you're not ready to buy something you can place a ridiculously low bid to test out the waters. Find something cheap like a CD or Video you wouldn't mind buying anyways. Then place an extremely low bid...like $1. Since your bid is so low you probably won't win. But, If you do win, you've got yourself an unbeatable deal.

IMPORTANT!

eBay will not consider you an Active Member until you place a bid.

Steps to placing a bid:
1. On the item you are looking to bid on, click the Bid Icon on the left hand side of the page.
2. Enter your bid amount and the quantity of the item desired, if applicable.
3. On the next page, enter your User ID and Password. Then click Place Bid, this will submit your bid. That's all it takes to place a bid!

Congratulations! You have created your own personal eBay account. Now get out there and have some FUN!

If you run into any problems during the sign up process, the best thing to do is to contact the eBay Live Help Center. There you can talk to a real live eBay customer service representative who can answer all of your questions.
